Executive, Human Resources Development


Candidates need Masters Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent degree with certificate(s) on advanced TOT. Candidates should also have minimum 4 years practical experience in training designing & organizing, conducting TNA, training resource identification, monitoring, and result evaluation. Excellent communication skills both in written and spoken English and bangla typing. Sound knowledge on corporate sector training functions.


The selected individuals will facilitate HR initiated staff development initiatives. They will organize and facilitate across the organization with the technical assistance by line manager. They will plan and conduct organizational orientation training for new staffs. They will be responsible for supporting development tools and staff orientation on Appraisal Process and work in line with the Performance management system. Assist supervisor and other HR team member in a timely manner. Collect and preserve staff Performance Appraisal document for future reference. Assist line manager to identify training resources; develop learning materials and work as an information hub. Ensure that all staff has a copy of policy handbook and understand all sections properly. Collect monthly, periodically and quarterly reports and document for preparing Annual report. Organize and coordinate events and workshops as required for NTG annual work plan.

Manager, Safety & Security

Bachelor/Master degree in relevant field is required to apply. 5 years experience of which 2 years in relevant field. Fresh retired defense officers will be preferred. They should have good training and networking skills and alertness and decision making skills.


Selected applicants will supervise security personnel and provide orientation on NTG safety security policy. Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings and permitting entry. They will be responsible for preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities and restraining trespassers. Ensure adequate number of different access cards for visitors, buyers, and auditors etc. Liaison with other relevant organizations related to safety & security. Security alert to staff (Hartal, Blocked, and Man made disasters). Ensure proper Incident reporting mechanism as per NTG standard. They will conduct periodic risk assessments for offices and programs. Develop safety and security policy based on global policy and country context, safety security management plan (SSMP), NTG Risk Management Plan (RMP) and safety security briefing to all incoming international visitors. They will design and update emergency exit plans for all offices with coordination with Compliance personnel. Ensure ID cards use by all staff and visiting expatriates during entrance at office. Respond to any natural disaster or emergency situation as per Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP). Respond to any industrial unrest at any units of the Group.

Jr. Executive, HR

Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent, Diploma or certificate course in HR or Personnel Management is preferred. Candidates should also have minimum 03 years relevant working experience. Good understanding on HR operational issues, basic on general HR management. Knowledge on office management and filing is preferred. Applicants should have excellent interpersonal communication skills; documentation & filing skills and good communication (English & Bangla) skills. Good command on MS Office and Bangla typing is preferred.


Concerned individual will organize CV collection process; ensure timely hand over to the concerned personnel. They will call for interviews. Communicate with hiring manager regarding the recruitment process, date and board member. Arrange interviews and represent HR in the interview board if needed. They will make other communications with candidates and board members as needed. Check reference, negotiate salary and offer position. They will be responsible for maintaining and updating all personnel files of the respective area(s) as per standard. They will provide support to respective factories on maintaining personnel files, HR compliance issues. They will help line manager to prepare monthly salary sheet, compilation of information, report generation. Update the Job description and staff information files (HR database). Send copies of all HR related letters and papers to respective persons on time.
