Bangladesh government schools’ online admission process has started all over the country on December 01, 2015 at 10:45 am. The online admission process is going on in all divisional cities excluding Chittagong and district headquarters. Concerned applicants can complete online application process till December 13, 2015 midnight. The online admission process was supposed to commence from December 1 midnight. But the scheduled time was modified. Education Minister Nurul Islam Nahid inaugurated the admission process at Dhanmondi Government Boys’ High School.
Online Admission Process for Govt Schools Starts on December 1
All the government schools of Dhaka have been classified into three groups: Group-A, Group-B and Group-C. There are a total of 38 government schools in Dhaka. The Directorate of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (DSHE) says, total 14 government schools will admit students in Class I in 1,750 seats. Total number of available seats from Class I to Class IX is more than 9,000. One candidate can apply for one school in each group. The application form is available at: www.gsa.teletalk.com.bd. The applicants must collect application form at Tk. 150/-. They need to pay the application form fee through the state-owned mobile company, Teletalk.

Bangladesh government ordered to admit Class I students via lottery. So, the Class I students will be selected through lottery. The lottery of Class I students will take place on December 26. And there will be written exams for admission in Class II to Class VIII. Group-A candidates’ admission test will be conducted on December 17. Group-B’s admission test is on December 18 and Group-C’s on December 19, 2015. The Class IX students will be selected according to the JSC and JDC results.
