The selected candidates will be responsible to advise MTB on all legal and regulatory matters. Applicants should have 5 to 7 year(s) experience in the Recovery section and Banks. Applicants should be computer literate including Bangla typing. He/She should have confidence and ability to represent the Bank in all superior/ higher judicial, administrative, regulatory and other forums. Applicants should have LL.M with LL.B (Hon’s) from any public/private or foreign university.
Applicant’s age must be 30 to 35 year(s). They have to travel in any part of the country for judicial and other requirements. They must know Bangladesh Bank Regulations.
Selected individuals have to help in preparation of various types of Agreements. They have to prepare Legal Notices, replies, deeds or other relevant documents. They have to follow up and monitor ongoing Suits/Cases/Writs filed by or against MTB. They have to conduct legal audit. They have to communicate with the conducting lawyer regularly for the quicker disposal of the Writs. They also have to communicate with the relevant Departments to ensure legal risks have been identified. They have to ensure that appropriate course of action has been taken. Selected individuals have to reconsider all kinds of documents whatever called.
