Activation Supervisor

Education & Experience:

  • BBA in a reputed university preferred North South University, East West University, AIUB etc (Major: Sales & Marketing).
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in relevant field

Additional Requirements:

  • Should have experience in area(s) of Activation, Events, Brand communication,
  • Strong knowledge on MS Word & Excel,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel around the country at least 50% of the month.
  • Age 25 to 35 year(s).

Skills:

Supervisory skills; Team building skills; Problem solving skills; Negotiations skills; Effective verbal and written communications skills; Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage on ground activation on daily basis
  • Meet activation teams to identify the issues and opportunities on ground
  • Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline team members.
  • Evaluate on-the-job performance.
  • Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
  • Preside over staff meetings.
  • Handle customer questions, complaints, and issues.
  • Plan for merchandise/gift items, leaflet, id cards and ensure adequate supplies are in hand.

Executive, Accounts

Education & Experience:

  • BBA in a reputed university preferred North South University, East West University, AIUB etc (Major: Accounting/Finance),
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in relevant field.

Additional Requirements:

  • The applicants should have experience in the area(s) of Accounts, Finance, Audit, Cash Management, Internal Audit, Strategic Planning, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax),
  • Strong knowledge on MS Word & Excel,
  • Strong interpersonal Skill to deal with top management,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bangla.
  • Age 25 to 35 year(s)
  • 1 year experience in related field.

Skills:

  • Supervisory, Team building, Problem solving and Negotiations skills;
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheets and word processing programs at a highly proficient level and Time management skills;
  • Understanding of human resources management;
  • Able to staff training, development and recognition, delegation, mentoring and coaching;
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, policies, procedures, local laws and government policies;
  • Effective written communications skills including the ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily transaction & Prepare all kind of Vouchers.
  • TAX, Vat, Payroll, and Custom/Excise duty Management.
  • Analyse business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitment
  • Report to management regarding the finances of establishment
  • Establish tables of accounts & assign entries to proper accounts
  • Ensuring statutory compliances for PF withdrawal, annual returns, factory license, shop and establishment license, labour law and record information on a timely basis
  • Preparing and processing timely distribution of salary, bonus, increment salary slip, leave and full and final settlements
  • Recording, maintaining and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
  • Checking travel and tour expenses and contractor bills and record in relevant software for timely credit of the amount into employee’s accounts
  • Any other responsibility as and when assigned by the management.
  • Establish and maintain supplier accounts and cash controls; Monitor cash reserves and investments
  • Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
