Admission test will be held on March 10, 2017 Friday at 10.00 am at IBA, University of Dhaka. Admission test result will be declared on DU site. - A Bachelor degree or its equal in any field
- For foreign certificates, equivalence will be determined by the Institute.
- No more than one third division/ class in any public examination
- Minimum 3 (three) years full time managerial work experience after bachelor’s degree

- A Level exam passed applicants must pass at least two subjects with minimum grade ‘D’ in both of these subjects.
- A Level exam passed applicants must pass at least five subjects (including mathematics) with minimum grade ‘D’ in each of these subjects.
- Letter grades of O Level and A Level subjects are converted to grade points (A = 4, B = 3, C = 2, D = 1).
- Grade Point Average (GPA) is calculated by averaging the grade points of the five best grades for O Level and the two best grades for A Level.

Applicants must sit for an admission test that’s administered by IBA, Dhaka University. To qualify in the Admission Test, applicant must get minimum qualifying marks in each area. The Admission Test is to evaluate the applicant’s aptitude in:
- Language and Communication
- Analytical ability

The applicants may download the application from IBA website. They may collect it FREE from the IBA Executive MBA Program Office. The application form may also be collected by mail from the Program Office by sending a self -addressed envelope (10″x8″) with a postage stamp of Tk.50.00.

Exemption for GMAT:
Applicants with foreign degrees with a score of min 70 percentile in GMAT may be exempted from written admission exam. However, they need to appear at the interview.
The candidates will be selected by two tests. One is written test and the other is viva test. By written test applicants’ skills in Language will be evaluated. Mathematics and analytical ability will also be evaluated by the written test. The applicants must pass the written test to face the interview. The applicants with foreign citizenship and minimum 75 percent score in GMAT may face the viva directly.
The Executive MBA or EMBA of Dhaka University is planned for people with work experience. Minimum 3 years work experience in any field after completion of undergraduate degree in any discipline is required to apply.

Every candidate must fulfill the requirements laid down by IBA to get admitted. The admission test is held twice in a year.
