The selected Probationary Officers will enjoy monthly gross Pay of Tk.45000.00 during 1 year probation period. They will be promoted to ‘Officer’ after successful completion of the probation period with monthly pay of Tk. Tk. 55000.00 along with all other allowances as per rules of the Bank.
